Payment Options:

OPTION A - HIT EASY PAYMENT PLAN

a 20% non refundable deposit is required to reserve placement in any HIT clinic. Remaining balance will be divided into 5 monthly, interest free payments.

OPTION B - PAYMENT IN FULL

Full balance may be paid prior to the first day of programming.
